Job summary

ANDRITZ Metals USA is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to solicit inquiries, prepare quotations, and issue sales orders for parts and rolls under supervision. You will coordinate pricing with vendors and internal Estimating, set customer delivery dates, and generate written proposals.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years of sales experience in heavy-duty mill-type parts, with ability to read blueprints and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and 3-5 years' experience in the sale of heavy-duty mill-type parts and equipment.
• Broad knowledge of equipment built by the Company.
• Reading of blueprints required.

Responsibilities

• Soliciting pricing and delivery dates from vendors as required
• Soliciting pricing information from Estimating Department
• Establishing delivery dates to customers utilizing vendor and internal manufacturing capabilities
• Establishing specific selling prices using standard pricing information and/or standard markups
• Providing customer with written sales proposal
• Issuing specific written sales order received
• Responding to customer inquiries for order status, delivery dates, etc.
• Performing other related duties as assigned
