CoolSys is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator in Charlotte, NC to support ongoing development of existing and prospective customers and help the branch meet growth targets.

You will handle inside sales tasks, assist with sales teams, and provide technical support to customers while ensuring needs are met and projects run smoothly. This role emphasizes communication, organization, and timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Positive attitude.
• Must be able to take direction and execute.
• Must be comfortable working with deadlines.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of Sales experience.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift, up to 15 pounds at a time.

Responsibilities

• Inside sales.

• Prepares product orders and schedules deliveries.Assists with project management.
