Job summary

IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to manage opportunity intake, bid coordination, and prequalification activities. The role supports sales teams with accurate project information, documentation, and resources to pursue opportunities.

The ISC collaborates with Sales, Branches, Marketing, and internal teams to research opportunities, coordinate bid submissions, and maintain customer and project data in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with soils, geotechnical data, groundwater, pumping, and underground construction.
• Experience in bid spec market or related field with strong customer service.
• Experience with the quoting process and bid submissions.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing CRM databases.
• Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for inbound calls and web leads; route to proper department.
• Drive bid/spec pipeline; research opportunities and coordinate submissions.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
• Assist with pre-qualifications and submittals; gather required documents.
• Provide technical data to Marketing for tools and resources; coordinate onboarding for sales positions.
