The role emphasizes bid coordination, specification review, risk awareness, and close collaboration with estimating, operations, and business development to deliver accurate, complete proposals aligned with customer needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in construction/sales.
• Experience coordinating bids, specs, and documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage a sustainable pipeline of bid opportunities.
• Coordinate with estimating teams to ensure timely proposal preparation.
• Review drawings and specifications to align bids with project needs.
• Prepare RFIs and assemble complete bid packages.
• Collaborate with GC partners and internal teams to drive pursuits.
