Job summary

LKQ Corporation in Spokane Valley, WA, is seeking a motivated team member to promote parts, provide customer service, and assess customer needs. You will answer questions about pricing, parts, and services, and assist with order processing.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma and at least 1 year of related experience; bilingual English/Spanish and automotive knowledge are a plus. Pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Process orders, enter data, verify pricing and shipping details.

Responsibilities

• Provide relevant information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work order and/or interchange and returns, etc.).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
• Process orders - perform order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data (may dispatch orders in some locations).
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
