Wolter, Inc. in Brookfield, WI is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator/Warehouse Product Specialist to join our growing team.

This role supports field sales, processes orders for warehouse products, and serves as a liaison between customers, sales reps, and manufacturers to ensure product specifications meet client needs. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, able to multitask, and possess strong computer skills along with knowledge of warehouse products and the industrial equipment

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse products and the industrial equipment industry.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist field sales reps in applications for warehouse products and ensure specifications fit customer needs.
• Serve as liaison between company, field sales, and manufacturers for warehouse products and assist with sourcing and problem resolution.
• Process orders for warehouse products.
• Approve and process customer and vendor invoices.
• Process commissions for sales reps.
• Prepare End of Month reports.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineer on special projects.
• Back up team members as needed.
• Handle walk-in customers as needed.
• Maintain inventory records on allied products.
• Assist Credit Department with customer relations.
• Monitor inventory of allied literature, order as needed.
• Filing
• Occasionally attend off-site functions (trade shows or customer outings)
• Perform projects as requested.

Position responsibilities:

• Assist field sales reps in applications for warehouse products, make sure specifications fit the customer’s needs.
• Perform as liaison between company, field sales rep, and manufacturer for warehouse products – assist with sourcing products needed and in problem resolution.
• Process orders for warehouse products.
• Approve and process customer and vendor invoices.
• Process commissions for sales reps.
• Process required End of Month reports
• Work closely with Industrial Engineer on special projects.
• Perform as backup to team members as needed.
• Take care of walk-in customers as needed.
• Maintain inventory records on allied products.
• Assist Credit Department with customer relations.
• Monitor inventory of allied literature, order as needed.
