Job summary

Wolter Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Coordinator/Warehouse Product Specialist to support field sales, coordinate between customers, reps, and manufacturers, and manage warehouse product sourcing and orders.

You will prepare proposals, process invoices, and participate in month-end reporting while collaborating with engineering on special projects and supporting customers on-site and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Assist field sales reps with warehouse product applications to ensure fit with customer needs.
• Coordinate between company, field reps, and manufacturers for product sourcing and issue resolution.
• Prepare proposals for pending deals and process orders for warehouse products.
• Approve and process customer and vendor invoices; handle commissions for sales reps.
• Generate End of Month reports and collaborate with Industrial Engineer on special projects.
• Provide backup support, assist walk-in customers, handle calls, and maintain inventory records.

Position responsibilities

• Assist field sales reps in applications for warehouse products, make sure specifications fit the customer’s needs.
• Perform as liaison between company, field sales rep, and manufacturer for warehouse products – assist with sourcing products needed and in problem resolution.
• Generate proposals for pending deals.
• Process orders for warehouse products.
• Approve and process customer and vendor invoices.
• Process commissions for sales reps.
• Process required End of Month reports
• Work closely with Industrial Engineer on special projects.
• Perform as backup to team members as needed.
• Take care of walk-in customers as needed.
• Handle incoming phone calls.
• Maintain inventory records on allied products.
• Assist Credit Department with customer relations.
• Monitor inventory of allied literature, order as needed.

• May be required to attend off-site functions occasionally (such as trade shows or customer outings)
• Perform projects as requested.
