Apply now and take the first step toward a rewarding career!Pay: $20-$25/hour depending on experience Responsible for generating revenue by promoting sales of new and existing company products, providing customer service, evaluating customer needs, and answering questions regarding parts, pricing, and services.**Essential Job Duties*** Provide relevant information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.* Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work order and/or interchange and returns, etc.).* Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.* Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.* Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.* Process orders – perform order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data (may dispatch orders in some locations).* Follow-up with customers as needed.* Assume other duties as assigned.**Supervisory Responsibilities*** Not responsible for supervising employees.**Minimum Requirements****Education & Experience*** High School Diploma/GED* 1+ years of related experience required**Preferred Requirements*** College coursework or degree.* Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.* Bilingual English/Spanish.**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities*** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
