LKQ Corporation is hiring an On-Site Inside Sales Coordinator in North Platte, NE. The role focuses on generating revenue by promoting parts, providing customer service, and handling orders and inquiries. Bilingual English/Spanish and automotive knowledge are valued assets.

You will work with a team to ensure smooth order processing, accurate pricing, and timely delivery information, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Process orders: entry, pricing, quantities, and shipping data; may dispatch orders.
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and any needed information.
• Advise customers on substitutions or modifications when a part is unavailable.
• Follow up with customers as needed and support related transactions.
