Apply now and take the first step toward a rewarding career!Responsible for generating revenue by promoting sales of new and existing company products, providing customer service, evaluating customer needs, and answering questions regarding parts, pricing, and services.**Essential Job Duties*** Provide relevant information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.* Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work order and/or interchange and returns, etc.).* Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.* Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.* Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.* Process orders – perform order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data (may dispatch orders in some locations).* Follow-up with customers as needed.* Assume other duties as assigned.**Supervisory Responsibilities*** Not responsible for supervising employees.**Minimum Requirements****Education & Experience*** High School Diploma/GED* 1+ years of related experience required**Preferred Requirements*** College coursework or degree.* Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.* Bilingual English/Spanish.**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities*** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
