Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a motivated individual in Atlanta to promote sales of parts, provide exceptional customer service, and assess customer needs. The role includes handling warranties, pricing, and delivery details, while processing orders and maintaining records.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Strong math, computer, and communication skills are expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College coursework or degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong communication skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure; basic math and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and other essential details.
• Process orders: entry, pricing checks, quantities, shipping data; assist with dispatch as needed.
• Follow up with customers as needed; support other duties as assigned.

Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.Basic computer skills.Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records.
