LKQ Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a motivated sales/support specialist to drive revenue by promoting parts and services, while delivering strong customer service.

You will evaluate customer needs, provide price and delivery information, process orders, and build lasting customer relationships. This role emphasizes accuracy, bilingual communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced automotive parts environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• College coursework or degree favored. Prior automotive experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Basic math and arithmetic skills required; ability to work with numbers and percentages.
• Ability to use basic computer applications and write brief messages.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders, and returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and other information as needed.
• Advise customers on substitutions or modifications when a part isn’t available.
• Process orders – entry, pricing, quantities, and shipping data; may dispatch orders.
• Follow up with customers as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
