Job summary

LKQ Corporation seeks an Inside Sales Coordinator for on-site work at 1742 Wilmer, TX. You will generate revenue by promoting sales of parts and services, and provide customer support from inquiry to delivery.

You will communicate pricing, warranties, and delivery times, assist with substitutions when parts are unavailable, and maintain accurate order documentation. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. The role emphasizes customer relationships and efficient problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Process orders – order entry, review for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.* Basic computer skills.* Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records.
