Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Marshfield, WI, is seeking a parts support specialist to handle quoting, fulfill parts orders for jobs, repairs, and warranty work, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

You will respond to customer calls and emails, troubleshoot needs using parts manuals, and collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to process quotes and build orders, contributing to smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred plus 6+ months of experience.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
• Word processing, E-mail, Order processing, Inventory, Manufacturing software, Database software.

Responsibilities

Position (onsite)
