Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in customer service.
• Proficiency with MS Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and suggest TIMS products and services.
• Coordinate with support and internal groups to meet commitments.
• Grow TIMS knowledge and demonstrate features.
• Prepare and present quotes; negotiate terms of sale, hardware, software and/or service agreements.
• Maintain CRM database activity and provide feedback to marketing.
