Job Description

What you’ll do

• Convert warm leads into paying customers by making 40-60 outbound calls a day
• Conduct needs analysis and follow up with prospects to ensure they purchase products and services that meet their needs
• Coach and advise Real Estate Agents on best marketing strategies within Listingbook software
• Grow your knowledge of the Counselor Sales Approach along with Listingbook suite of products through our Sales training program

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or 1-2 years of related experience
• The desire to not only hit your daily target, but also exceed sales objectives
• Ability to adapt, learn and embrace new sales methods
• Ability to think on your feet in order to creatively solve our customers’ business needs
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite along with Salesforce
• Real estate experience a plus

Additional Information

This is a full time position which is eligible for benefits. Hours are scheduled at 40 per week between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. This is a non-exempt, hourly paid position with commission opportunities. All employees are required to submit a background and drug screening prior to starting.
