Job summary

KAAST Machine Tools is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Aldan, PA location. You will drive sales by managing inbound and warm leads, analyzing customer applications, and providing accurate quotes for our range of machinery.

Strong communication and technical acumen help you understand needs and build lasting relationships. This in-person role involves 2+ years in sales, capital equipment experience, and the ability to learn technical products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and account management.
• 2 years capital equipment/machine tools experience.
• Industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once.
• Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and warm leads from manufacturers and fabrication shops.
• Speak with customers to understand their applications, production goals, and equipment needs.
• Recommend CNC machinery and fabrication equipment solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Track opportunities and customer activity within CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
