KAAST Machine Tools is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Aldan, PA location. You will drive sales by managing inbound and warm leads, analyzing customer applications, and providing accurate quotes for our range of machinery.

Strong communication and technical acumen help you understand needs and build lasting relationships. This in-person role involves 2+ years in sales, capital equipment experience, and the ability to learn technical products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and account management.
• 2 years capital equipment/machine tools experience.
• Industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once.
• Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

KAAST Machine Tools is a growing supplier of new CNC & manual machine tools and metal fabrication equipment serving manufacturers across North America. We work with fabrication shops, machine shops, OEMs, and manufacturers across a wide range of industries.

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Aldan, PA, just outside Philadelphia. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively managing inbound and warm leads, analyzing customer applications, and providing accurate and timely quotes for our extensive range of machinery. You will leverage your strong communication and technical skills to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and build lasting relationships. While this is primarily an inside sales role, the sales team attends 1-2 industry trade shows annually.
