Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and account management experience.
• 2 years capital equipment/machine tools experience is preferred.
• Industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and warm leads from manufacturers and fabrication shops.
• Speak with customers to understand their applications, production goals, and equipment needs.
• Recommend CNC machinery and fabrication equipment solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Track opportunities and customer activity within CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
