TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®'s Columbia, MD franchise is hiring for a full-time inside sales role focused on converting inquiries into booked moves. You will guide customers through the moving process, build estimates, and drive revenue with strategic upselling.

This is a high-volume position requiring confidence in asking for the sale, handling objections, and meeting booking and revenue goals. A strong phone presence and 1+ year of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of inside sales experience (high-volume phone sales or direct sales preferred).
• Comfortable asking for deposits and closing sales.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and online inquiries with the goal of booking the move during the first interaction.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to quoted customers to convert estimates into booked jobs.
• Build accurate moving estimates using company software.
• Ask strategic questions to understand customer needs and maximize job value.
• Recommend packing services, supplies, storage, junk removal, valuation coverage, and other services to increase revenue.
• Confidently overcome pricing concerns and customer objections.
• Ask for the sale and secure deposits on every qualified opportunity.
• Track leads, quotes, and follow-up activity daily.
• Maintain detailed customer records and sales notes.
• Deliver a professional, energetic customer experience that builds confidence and trust.
