Seatown Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air in Mukilteo, WA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to own the follow-up on unsold estimates and convert opportunities into booked revenue.

You will contact customers by phone, text, and email, uncover the real reasons they did not move forward, overcome objections, present financing options, and coordinate with Operations to schedule sold work. Success is measured by closing percentage and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven inside sales experience with meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services and discussing financing.
• Strong follow-up habits and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the follow-up process for unsold opportunities across our business.
• Follow up aggressively on unsold plumbing, HVAC, and electrical estimates.
• Identify the real reason the customer did not move forward and overcome objections.
• Present financing options and promotions when appropriate.
• Coordinate with Operations and Dispatch to schedule work.
• Maintain accurate notes and next steps in the CRM.
• Track closing percentage, sold revenue, and follow-up activity.
