Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management.
• Comfort with prospecting and follow-up.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with POS, accounting, or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Respond to inbound inquiries with product recommendations, pricing, and quotes.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and telemarketing to existing clients, inactive accounts, and new prospects.
• Follow up with top clients and manage ongoing account relationships.
• Prospect new business using lead lists, directories, and local business resources.
• Support and execute in-house marketing efforts, including direct mail campaigns.
• Guide clients through the full order lifecycle, from quote to completion.
• Accurately complete work orders, invoices, and customer records.
• Maintain and update the customer database/CRM for effective follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with vendors to support pricing and order accuracy.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store and assist ownership with reporting and administrative tasks.
