Job summary

Intertek Group is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales - Client Champion in Plano, TX to drive direct sales of Testing & Certification services to manufacturers in the Building Product space. The role focuses on developing new business, maintaining existing accounts, and leveraging CRM for quotes and opportunities.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing proposals, following up on proposals, and collaborating with marketing and operations.

Qualifications

• :High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in Building and Construction Products industry.
• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Self-motivated, assertive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of personal computers and MS Office; prior CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive inquiries, process quotations and opportunities.
• Prepare proposals based on customer needs in the CRM system.
• Follow up on proposals.
• Prospect new opportunities, including cold calls and existing client connections.
• Use CRM to track sales activities, quotes, orders and revenue.
