Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, are fluent in English (Spanish a plus), and can commute to the Tualatin office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service, call center, or sales.
• Fluent in English; Spanish bilingual is a strong plus.
• Able to commute to the Tualatin office.
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners via inbound calls, delivering exceptional service and building trust.
• Make outbound calls to warm leads from internal databases and schedule consultations for our sales team.
• Guide homeowners through the scheduling process with a professional and welcoming experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate calendar placement and smooth handoffs.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.
