Renewal by Andersen of Oregon, part of the Renewal by Andersen network, is seeking enthusiastic Inside Sales Center representatives to join our Portland-based team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule consultations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, call center, or sales.
• Fluent English with clear, professional verbal communication.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for homeowners via inbound calls.
• Make outbound calls to warm leads and schedule consultations.
• Guide homeowners through scheduling with a professional, welcoming experience.
• Maintain accurate customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.
