Job summary

Harley Exteriors, LLC is seeking Call Center Agents for our Bothell headquarters to drive inside sales. Earn $18/hr with an uncapped bonus, and enjoy paid training, health, dental, vision, and PTO benefits. Work evenings and weekends in-office to schedule home consultations and support the sales team.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent experience.
• Inside sales and/or Call Center experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Google Chrome.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed incentive-based goals by converting inbound and outbound calls to appointments.
• Actively make outbound calls to customers interested in replacement windows, doors, and gutters.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
