Carolina Hurricanes is offering a 9-month Inside Sales Development Program designed to train you into a top sales professional. The role focuses on selling full-season, partial-season and group ticket packages, with an emphasis on building a career in the sports industry.

You will participate in extensive training, learn sales techniques, and gain hands-on experience while supporting Hurricanes events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with teams or sales internships preferred.
• Willing to work extended hours including nights and weekends.
• Ticketing system and CRM experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and driving record.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Sell full and partial season ticket packages and group tickets.
• Make 85+ cold calls per day from provided lists.
• Generate new business through referrals, research, and events.
• Attend outside events to network and gather leads.
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and drive sales.
• Handle incoming sales calls for all ticket products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for all ticket products.
• Represent Hurricanes professionally at games and sales tables.
