Job summary

IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to manage opportunity intake, bid coordination, prequalification activities, CRM administration, and sales operations. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads and support multiple internal teams to move opportunities forward.

The role requires strong organizational skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with growth opportunities in the sales

Qualifications

• Preferred experience with soils, geotechnical data, groundwater, dewatering, pumps, pumping applications, underground construction.
• Experience in the bid spec market or a related field with the ability to demonstrate excellence in customer service
• Experience with the quoting process and bid submissions
• Work experience in the construction industry preferred
• Experience with managing CRM databases
• Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally.
• Planning and organizational skills in handling multiple projects
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, and other required PC software applications

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls and web leads, providing initial dialogue to gain information on the opportunity, ultimately ensuring that the lead is passed on to the proper department or representative.
• Drive the bid spec pipeline by researching opportunities and coordinating bid submissions across services.
• Prepare basic quotes for sales and rental opportunities.
• Maintain the CRM database to ensure accurate opportunity tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate pre-qualifications forms and ensure supporting documents are up to date.
• Provide onboarding support for sales positions and assist with training materials.
• Assist with gathering technical data and certifications for proposals.
• Support marketing with technical info for tools and resources.
