The role emphasizes organized, customer-focused work, mastering bid services such as BidNet, Bid Prime, Sam.gov, and Construct Connect, and supporting pre-qualifications, quotes, certifications, and reports to improve win

Qualifications

• Experience with soils, geotechnical data, groundwater, dewatering, pumps, pumping applications is preferred.
• Experience in the bid spec market or a related field with strong customer service.
• Experience with the quoting process and bid submissions.
• Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound calls and web leads, routing to the correct team.
• Drive bid-spec pipeline and manage bid submissions using listed services.
• Prepare basic quotes for sales and rental opportunities.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and generate reports for forecasting.
• Assist with pre-qualifications, certifications, and submittals.
• Support onboarding and training; create process documents.
