Job summary

IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through inbound lead conversion and outbound prospecting. You will qualify opportunities, prepare quotes, and collaborate with Sales Support to advance deals.

Qualifications

High school degree, GED, or applicable experience.
1 year of outbound prospecting experience.
Demonstrated professional communication (written and spoken).
Experience using Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
Experience in a high-volume, transactional sales cycle preferred.
Aptitude to learn technical product information and apply it to customer needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet quotas.
Identify potential customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities for conversion.
Prepare quotes and proposals with the Sales Support team.
Maintain a high-volume CRM pipeline and accurate activity tracking.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with product knowledge.
Travel primarily for internal meetings; little to no overnight travel.
