Job summary

AccruePartners is expanding in Charlotte, NC, seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our internal team. Earn real commissions from day one in a production-focused seat that teaches recruiting and sales. You’ll build client relationships, recruit top talent, and grow with an award-winning firm with 20+ years of market presence.

You’ll use tools like Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ChatGPT, with a hybrid work arrangement after 90 days and a clear path for advancement in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience; internships in sales, recruiting, staffing, or professional services count.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Comfortable with high outbound activity — calls are your primary tool.
• Strong communicator with a VP-level decision maker.
• Based in Charlotte, 5 days in office for the first 90 days - hybrid after.

Responsibilities

• Own both sides of the staffing equation — recruit top candidates and develop client relationships from first call to placement.
• Prospect and cold call hiring managers across the Carolinas to grow a client portfolio from HQ near Uptown.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards.
• Conduct phone and video interviews; assess fit and prepare candidates for client conversations.
• Manage your pipeline daily in Bullhorn; track activity, submittals, and results.
• Build relationships in person — at networking events, client visits, and in the market.
• Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ChatGPT, Bullhorn and Bullhorn Amplify, and other platforms to research and identify talent.
• Communicate daily with professionals at the manager and hiring manager level — on the phone, on camera, and in writing.
