In this role you will process orders across multiple channels, manage pricing, coordinate logistics, handle secure payments, and train junior staff.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; 2–5 years of related experience.
• Inside sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage procurement processes and coordinate logistics.
• Proficient in order management systems and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Processes orders across multiple channels (phone, email, text, counter) with accuracy and timely service.
• Manages basic pricing within guidelines to maintain margins.
• Coordinates non-stock procurement and logistics to meet customer needs.
• Handles payments securely (credit card, check, cash).
• Identifies stock products and recommends comparable alternatives.
• Ensures service commitments through proactive coordination and follow-up.
• Maintains accurate records and documentation for transactions and procurement activities.
• Guides and trains junior associates to promote teamwork and dependable performance.
