Job summary

White Cap is seeking a sales/service associate to provide dependable order entry, basic pricing, and secure payment handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will process orders across phone, email, text, and counter; handle payments securely; identify stock products and propose alternatives; and maintain margins within pricing guidelines while coordinating with teammates to meet service commitments.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactional tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and associates.
• Basic understanding of product categories and pricing guidelines.
• Demonstrates teamwork and dependability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
