Job summary

CEEUS Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative I to support customer relationships and order processing in a distribution setting.

You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely service. The role requires developing product knowledge, understanding pricing and inventory, and collaborating with outside sales, warehouse, and supplier relations.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or higher and relevant sales support experience.
• 1–2 years in inside sales, customer service, or distribution preferred.
• Comfort with processing orders, quotations, and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Enter customer orders and quotes into the ERP system accurately and promptly.
• Provide basic technical information or connect customers with subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support customer follow-up and issue resolutions in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain customer account records and ensure accurate documentation of communications.
• Assist with tracking shipments, managing returns, and processing credits.
• Stay informed on product lines and vendor offerings to support customer requests.
• Work closely with other inside sales staff, account managers, and purchasing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and support in all interactions.
