CEEUS Inc. is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales Representative I in Glen Allen, VA to support customer relationships and order processing. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service.

The role develops knowledge of products, pricing, and distribution processes while handling routine inquiries, orders, and quotes under guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of inside sales, customer service, sales support, distribution, or related field
• Strong communication and data entry skills.
• Professional and courteous in customer interactions.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Enter customer orders and quotes into the ERP system accurately and promptly.
• Provide basic technical information or connect customers with subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support customer follow-up and issue resolutions in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain customer account records and ensure accurate documentation of communications.
• Assist with tracking shipments, managing returns, and processing credits.
• Stay informed on product lines and vendor offerings to support customer requests.
• Work closely with other inside sales staff, account managers, and purchasing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and support in all interactions.
• Perform responsibilities in line with CEEUS's core values.
• Other duties as assigned.
