Job summary

DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES NORTHEAST, I is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to engage prospective and existing customers face-to-face, by phone, email, or fax. You will identify customer needs, explain product benefits, and guide them through the sales process while upholding company policies.

You will manage orders, respond quickly to inquiries, coordinate with branches and vendors, and pursue new business opportunities by sharing product launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• HVAC product knowledge is preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Able to handle high-volume customer interactions via walk-ins, phone, and email.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by identifying needs and offering appropriate HVAC products and services.
• Process orders, purchase orders, quotes and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Educate customers on product terminology, features and benefits to improve sales and satisfaction.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities.
