POOLCORP is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Canoga Park, CA to assist customers at the counter and over the phone. You will answer product questions, process orders, and help ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

The role emphasizes building relationships with customers, supporting showroom operations, and collaborating with a hands-on team in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and 1+ year inside sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting with customers for most of the day.
• Strong computer skills, including basic MS Office applications.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs with a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions and service needs.
• Accurately enter sales orders and process payments or credits per policy.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and product availability.
• Support showroom and basic warehouse operations as needed.
