POOLCORP is hiring an Inside Sales Associate in Canoga Park, CA to assist customers with product questions, place and process orders, and ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

You will recommend solutions, verify warranties, and coordinate showroom restocking while supporting warehouse tasks as needed. Requires 1+ year inside sales experience and HS diploma.

• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use basic computer systems and MS Office.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs. using equipment such as a dolly.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of related inside sales experience.
• Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction/maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Assists walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Accurately enters sales orders, generates invoices, and processes payments or credit authorizations according to company policy.
• Recommends products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
• Evaluates and determines disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, as prescribed by the manufacturer's warranty policy and customer needs.
• Provides an estimated date of delivery to the customer based on knowledge of the vendor’s production and delivery schedules.
• Pulls, stages, and distributes customer orders efficiently, including occasional use of an RF scanner.
• Restocks and replenishes showroom merchandise to maintain product availability and presentation.
• Cross-trains in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties to support overall branch operations.

Location: SPP Canoga Park, CA - 501A, 21320 Deering Ct, Canoga Park, California - 91304

Pay: $21-$24/hour + performance bonuses up to $2,500

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and every other Saturday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am

Compensation

The compensation range for this position in California is between $21-$24/hour based on a full-time schedule.

The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications and experience.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commissions plans as well as relocation or cost of living adjustments.

Your total compensation (pay, benefits, and bonuses) will be adjusted based upon your job classification, hours worked, and length of employment.
