Job summary

Springs Window Fashions in the United States is seeking a Dealer National Accounts Inside Sales Representative – Onboarding to manage relationships with new and transfer dealers, support elite status accounts, and assist with take‑offs and contract quoting.

You will onboard new owners, train dealers on products and options, maintain co‑op programs and respond to inquiries with timely order entry support, while collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree in general studies or business preferred.
• Window treatment or Interior design background is ideal.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Technical aptitude with Web conferencing, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Public speaking, presentation and facilitation skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Effective professional sales presentation, discovery, and closing skills.
• Initiative and drive to succeed in the window fashion industry.

Responsibilities

• Primarily utilizing telephone, e‑mail, and virtual methods, develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
• Facilitate dealer onboarding program for new owners and transfers; assist with account set up, product training, industry knowledge, etc. to accelerate business development.
• Maintain dealer programs for discounts, sample, and display costs with all sales contacts for dealers with elite status.
• Keep dealers apprised of their co‑op balance and other benefits.
• Answer dealer questions and send additional information via email and assist with order entry and/or large quote requests.
• Record and report competitor activity in the CRM database.
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives aligned with leadership.
