Glass America NV Decatur is seeking a customer-focused associate to handle in-person and phone inquiries, schedule appointments with urgency, update customer records in our CRM, and provide quotes for installation and repair services.

This full-time role requires multitasking, strong communication, and teamwork with technicians and sales teams; prior experience in retail, auto service, or call centers is preferred, with a professional appearance and ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using dashboards, performance tools, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions in person and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments with urgency.
• Maintain communication with Auto Glass Technicians in the field.
• Enter conversations and sales information into software and update records.
• Provide quotes for installation and repair services.
• Support store production goals and inventory checks.
• Work with technicians, market leadership, and Inside Sales teams.
