Job summary

Glass America in Elmhurst, Illinois is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily shop operations by assisting customers, scheduling appointments, coordinating with Auto Glass Technicians, and maintaining accurate customer and sales records. This role suits an organized, dependable, tech-savvy individual in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

You will help the team meet production and service goals while providing excellent service and accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail, auto service, call center, or customer-facing experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Experience using dashboards, performance tools, and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and inquiries in person and by phone
• Schedule appointments with urgency
• Coordinate with Auto Glass Technicians in the field
• Enter sales information and update customer records in the software
• Provide quotes for installation and repair services
• Support shop production goals and budget objectives
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment
• Assist with inventory checks and deliveries as needed
• Collaborate with technicians, market leadership, and Inside Sales
