Erie Materials is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist in Albany, NY to provide outstanding sales and service support for customers and the territory team. You will handle a high volume of product sales, quotes, orders, and delivery scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or related training, strong time management, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and management. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years related sales experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills required.
• Knowledge of building materials products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding sales and service support for customers and territory management in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle high volume of product sales, price quotes, order entry and delivery scheduling.
• Provide customer follow-up and related duties, including returns and credits.
