• Coordinate projects from conception through shipping with all departments.
• Interact with customers to address inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Sales team to mine opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage orders from entry to scheduling, production and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
