Qualifications

• 0-2 years in sales, service, or office environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in developing a career in sales.
• Ability to learn sales systems and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program to learn inside sales systems and processes.
• Shadow experienced representatives to manage accounts and address inquiries.
• Assist with processing quotes and orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support order entry, pricing reviews, and product availability checks.
• Learn to resolve customer issues in collaboration with the team.
