The role blends relationship-building with technical aptitude and disciplined follow-through.

The ideal candidate is proactive, mechanically inclined, responsive, and focused on winning business while building long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship, communication, and business development skills.
• Commercial judgment and the ability to understand costs, pricing, and profitability.
• Technical aptitude and mechanical orientation, with the ability to learn manufacturing processes, product specifications, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Self-motivation, initiative, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Develop customer relationships and follow up on quotations to win orders.
• Prepare accurate quotations, coordinate costs and lead times with internal teams.
• Negotiate terms within company guidelines to protect gross margin.
• Coordinate BOMs, part information, and ERP/MRP data with internal teams.
• Serve as a dependable contact and communicate quotations, orders, and delivery expectations.
• Maintain sales records and monitor market trends for improvements.
