A leading recruitment firm in Buford, Georgia, is seeking an Inside Sales professional to manage relationships and drive revenue through outbound calls. The role requires 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience and strong communication skills. You will work in a high-volume environment with a focus on existing clients. Compensation includes a base of $20-$30/hour plus uncapped commission. The position is fully onsite with a structured training program in place.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of inside B2B sales experience (non-retail).
• Comfort working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).

Responsabilités

• Manage high volume of outbound calls daily to drive business.
• Reconnect with dormant accounts to reactivate business.
• Build and maintain client relationships for repeat revenue.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services.
• Prepare quotes and close opportunities efficiently.
• Track activity and manage pipeline using CRM tools.
