Role Description The Inside Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based at our South Amboy, NJ location. The Inside Sales team member will build and maintain relationships with existing accounts, follow up on leads, and proactively identify opportunities to increase sales. Daily tasks include coordinating with warehouse and purchasing staff for product availability, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process. The role requires consistent, professional communication, attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
