Job summary

PSS Industrial Group in Lafayette, LA is seeking an Inside Sales professional for a hybrid role. You will generate quotes and proposals, handle counter sales, and support customers with products and services by phone, email, or in person.

You will follow up on quotes, negotiate, and close transactions while coordinating shipping and ERP order entry. You’ll build relationships with customers and collaborate with Outside Sales to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer quotes and proposals via phone, email, or in person.

• Enter orders in the ERP system per established rules.
• Maintain relationships with established and new customers; work with Outside Sales Team.
