Job summary

Lift Solutions in East Hazel Crest, IL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow rigging sales from new and existing customers via phone, email, and walk-ins. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders for rigging equipment such as wire rope, shackles, hoists, slings, and chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years Rigging Industry Experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sage 100 ERP preferred.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will identify, develop, and grow sales opportunities within the Rigging business from new and existing customers through phone and email communication, as well as walk-in customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person counter sales (as needed)
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders for rigging equipment (e.g., wire rope, shackles, hoists, slings, chain)
• Provide product recommendations and technical support based on customer needs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and industry standards
• Support outside sales reps by preparing quotes, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely order fulfillment
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Maintain accurate records
• Stay current on safety standards, certifications, and rigging best practice

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years Rigging Industry Experience-Preferred.
