Job summary

Lift Solutions in East Hazel Crest, IL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow rigging sales from new and existing customers via phone, email, and walk-ins. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders for rigging equipment such as wire rope, shackles, hoists, slings, and chain.

You will provide product recommendations, support inventory and pricing knowledge, and assist outside sales reps with quotes and follow-ups to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years Rigging Industry Experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sage 100 ERP preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Customer service orientation and/or sales background.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person counter sales as needed.
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders for rigging equipment (wire rope, shackles, hoists, slings, chain).
• Provide product recommendations and technical support based on customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and industry standards.
• Support outside sales reps with quotes, follow-ups, and timely order fulfillment.
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and stay current on safety standards and rigging best practices.
